Ordering and delivery

The products are digital pdf files. After paying for the products, you will receive a link in your email where you can easily download the files to your computer. English and finnish patterns and tutorials are packed in a zip folder. Products can be paid for with a debit or credit card.

Digital products have no exchange or return policy.

Remember that the patterns and tutorials are for private use only. Commercial use of formulas and instructions is prohibited.

It would be nice if you would recommend Ellifantti store to your craft loving friends  :) I hope you respect my work and don’t share or sell the patterns and tutorials. Also, do not sell Ellifantti soft toys without Ellifantti’s permission.
