The information in the customer register is only used by Ellifantti, except when Ellifantti uses an external service provider to provide a value-added service. However, the data will not be disclosed outside of Ellifantti.

The personal data of the data subject will be destroyed at the request of the user, unless legislation or open invoices prevent the deletion of the data.

Registry security principles

The customer register is treated confidentially and in accordance with the Personal Data Act in force at the time. The registry is adequately protected from outsiders by firewalls and other technical protections. The register is not kept on paper.

The register shall be used only by the persons whose job description includes its use ("Administrator"). Each administrator has a personal username and password. Administrators are bound by professional secrecy.

Right to inspect, prohibit and correct

Registrants have the right to inspect and obtain copies of the personal data stored in the register.

Data subjects have the right to prohibit the use of their data for direct mail, distance selling or other direct marketing, as well as opinion and market research, and the right to request the correction of incorrect data.
